Merrydown is a heritage cider brand first produced in 1946. Makalu has worked with the brand for many years, designing their packaging and creating several cross-media brand campaigns, plus all kinds of tactical communications including on-pack promotions and sampling event support. With no e-commerce platform to drive sales, we also create highly-targeted social media campaigns designed to educate and encourage trial, helping the brand to become the UK’s fastest-growing cider brand last year with its biggest market share to date.
